As an integral part of the ICO Team, Kevin’s direct efforts are focused on the Project Management of Commissioning, Energy, and Technical Assistance Projects.
Kevin supports the company’s operations and growth plans through project identification and pursuits, program strategy, project delivery, and technical training. With a thirteen-year tenure as a Commissioning Project Manager, Energy Engineer, and Mechanical Design Engineer, Kevin has honed his expertise in leading commissioning projects and engineering teams across all market sectors and a diverse array of commercial facilities.
His technical and knowledge acumen spans healthcare, science and technology, higher education, commercial office, and high-rise residential projects, underscoring the depth of his versatility and commitment to excellence. Transitioning seamlessly between commissioning and design engineering, Kevin ascended to the role of Vice President for Property and Buildings at his previous firm, where he successfully managed the technical aspects of some of the most notable commercial projects in the Northeast.
Originally from Boston, Kevin graduated from Northeastern University College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. Kevin is a registered Professional Engineer with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as a Certified Commissioning Agent and a Certified Energy Manager. Kevin is OSHA-certified and an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
