Over the course of a 45-year career with some of the industry’s largest and most respected companies, Bill has made significant contributions to all major elements of the utility service delivery process, including Customer Care, Engineering Services, Survey & Records, Rights & Easements, Permitting, and Metering.
His depth of experience and knowledge of the utility world make him an invaluable and instrumental member of the ICO Utility Coordination Team. He routinely represents owners and commercial developers seeking to establish new utility connections to support large-scale projects across all market sectors.
Bill spearheads the effort to tactfully navigate the interconnection process from the initial phases, through the entire construction period, to the final energizing of the commercial asset. His focus mitigates risk to the scheduled occupancy and the commencement of commercial operations, ultimately allowing the successful delivery of a project to market.
Bill is a proud grandfather, golf enthusiast, and active member and past President of the Somerville Kiwanis Club.
