PROJECT OVERVIEW:

ICO was responsible for two tenant fit-outs, Soufflé Therapeutics and Seismic Therapeutics, located at 250 Arsenal Place in Watertown, Massachusetts. Both projects included in-suite animal care facilities that required specialized laboratory infrastructure and environmental controls. The fit-outsconsisted of approximately 60% laboratory space and 40% office space, supporting research operations and corporate headquarters functions for Seismic and Soufflé.

ICO SCOPE DESCRIPTION:

ICO was tasked with commissioning the space, including the in-suite animal care facilities, and conducted functional testing of HVAC and control systems to verify proper airflow, pressure relationships, temperature, and humidity control. High-level BAS trending of critical environmental parameters was performed to confirm system stability and maintain compliance with animal care requirements prior to occupancy.
