PROJECT OVERVIEW 

The Sterling Facility is a garage and storage facility for utility vehicles in the area. The facility is equipped with electric vehicle charging stations to support the fleet. ICO was responsible for commissioning the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment at the facility to ensure the building is fully operable. 

ICO provided sound expertise to ensure that installation, startup, and functional testing requirements were fully met and that the building operates per NGRID standards.
