A proven leader, Jim has played a pivotal role in expanding and advancing multiple businesses in the energy sector. As a consultant and business solutions expert, he developed and implemented strategic energy information systems for major commercial and industrial clients, enhancing the operational energy efficiency of millions of square feet.
From 2003 to 2022, Jim was a Director of Business Solutions with SourceOne Energy Solutions where he managed the team responsible for developing the EMSYS energy management portal. He also built and implemented proprietary rate engines for the billing of tenant utilities, inclusive of electric, steam, water, and chilled water.
Jim received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Finance from Boston University and an MBA from Northeastern University. A Cambridge, MA, native, Jim coached little league baseball in the community for over thirty years, and currently lives in the area with his wife and daughter.
